Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you full control over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one electronic mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
